###Director, Product Management Loblaw Digital

-Developed the strategy, execution plan, and delivery accountability for Loblaw's entrance into the retail media space, allowing the largest grocer in Canada to compete with the likes of Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart.
-Hired the product team, defined software development best practices across business, product, design, engineering, and data science teams; influenced the rest of the organization to do the same.
-Took the initial version of the retail media platform and scaled it to a fully self-serve ecosystem that generated tens of millions of dollars in advertising revenue within the first year of release.

-Oversaw the cross-functional team that stood up Aeroplan's brand-new Hotel and Car reservation system and integrated it with the company's authentication, fraud, data, invoicing, call-centre, and loyalty systems.
-Built a cross-organizational integration pipeline that successfully on-boarded Aeroplan's largest everyday partners to date: LCBO, Starbucks, Chase, and Uber.
